FAQ: business packaging and custom printing

Parsell is Century Box Mainetti’s packaging webshop for professional purchases by retailers, brands, resellers and businesses. Orders are placed for your business activity.

Choose a model, an available size and a compatible colour. Quantities follow each reference’s own pack size; a pack does not always contain 25 pieces. Your selection total updates with the chosen options.

The ‘Price without printing’ block is for plain packaging. The selection total includes the printing and options you choose. Already printed tissue is marked ‘Printing included’. Prices exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Available methods appear on each reference. Round and metal boxes cannot be customised. Italian references identified by their final six digits are excluded from the relevant printing programme. Do not infer eligibility from a photograph.

Screen printing and hot foil offer one or two areas on compatible references. Boxes may offer top, front, back and inside flap, depending on the model. Bags and pouches allow front and back only; tissue paper one side only. Two areas can use the same or different logos.

Use the formats offered at upload, including AI and EPS. Keep vector artwork and outlined fonts; Studio may need an image preview. Saved customisation can be reviewed in the cart. The production folder provides originals, previews and placements to the graphic team. A 3D view is not a print proof.

Once per order: 5% of discounted net personalised items, minimum €5 and maximum €50. The option checks technical usability; you remain responsible for content and rights.

Standard: 3 days unprinted or 18 days printed. Express: 48 hours or 12 days printed, +30%. Ultra-express: 24 hours unprinted or 7 days for hot foil only, +75%. Timing starts after payment, availability and any proof approval. Carrier transit is additional; these are not delivery dates.

On discounted net article value, excluding freight and tax. Checkout shows the surcharge. Free collection removes freight charges; wait for readiness notification before visiting the depot.

After confirmed payment, the actual discounted net sample amount becomes a unique beneficiary-linked code, usable once against an eligible order. VAT and freight are excluded. An insufficient basket or a sample-only basket may be ineligible.

A valid VIES number alone is insufficient: the transaction must qualify and shipment to another member state must be evidenced. Collection in Belgium is not automatically exempt. If VIES is unavailable, no validation is invented; tax treatment is reviewed before invoicing.

Choose a checkout method, including card through PayPlug or bank transfer where offered. Order confirmation does not confirm receipt of funds. Follow status in your account. Once carrier/tracking information is recorded, a tracking email is provided for. Contact info@parsell.eu with your order reference if needed.

A purchase for your business does not, in principle, carry a statutory right of withdrawal: a confirmed order is firm. Cancellation, changes or convenience returns require Century Box Mainetti’s prior written agreement, including for standard products. Personalised products cannot be returned merely for a change of mind unless otherwise agreed in writing. Contact info@parsell.eu before returning anything. Mandatory rights, including remedies for defects, non-conformity or non-performance, remain unaffected.
